US Rehabilitation & Health Services provides rehabilitation care through a network of convenient Southeast Michigan clinics.
Our approach combines physical therapy, occupational therapy, massage therapy and other rehabilitation services with individualized treatment plans designed around each patient's condition, functional needs and recovery goals.
We believe effective rehabilitation begins with listening. Our team works closely with patients, families, referring professionals and other members of the healthcare community to provide coordinated care from the first visit through recovery.

As founder and owner of US Rehabilitation & Health Services, Jefferson has dedicated his career to developing multidisciplinary rehabilitation programs centered on individualized care and patient outcomes.
His philosophy emphasizes clear communication, coordinated treatment, compassionate service and helping patients return to daily activities with greater independence and confidence.
Under his leadership, US Rehabilitation & Health Services has grown into a multi-location network serving communities throughout Southeast Michigan.
