Jefferson Wiggins is a seasoned leader in physical rehabilitation with more than two decades of experience serving the Detroit metropolitan region.

As founder and owner of US Rehabilitation & Health Services, Jefferson has dedicated his career to advancing multidisciplinary care pathways centered on patient outcomes.

His experience spans physical therapy, occupational therapy and massage therapy, with particular emphasis on supporting individuals experiencing pain and patients recovering from auto accidents through coordinated, hands-on rehabilitation.

Jefferson emphasizes family-like care, communication, individualized treatment plans, efficient intake and ongoing progress coordination.

Under his leadership, US Rehabilitation & Health Services has grown into a multi-location rehabilitation network serving communities throughout Southeast Michigan.

Joey Saad, PT, DPT, is a dedicated physical therapist with a strong interest in sports and human performance.

He creates individualized treatment plans designed to help patients move confidently, recover effectively and reach their personal goals.

Outside the clinic, Joey enjoys staying active through sports and exercise.

He is a proud husband and is excited to soon welcome his first daughter, a role that inspires his passion for promoting health and movement throughout every stage of life.

Stephen Macko is a licensed physical therapist with more than 20 years of experience helping patients move, heal and return to the activities they enjoy.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and a Master's degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Michigan.

Stephen works with patients of many ages and backgrounds, including individuals with orthopedic, neurological and geriatric conditions.

He is known for his thoughtful, individualized approach to rehabilitation.

Outside the clinic, Stephen enjoys playing guitar, staying active and spending time with his family and friends.

Rajadurai Viswas, PT, MPT, is an experienced physical therapist specializing in outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation.

Raj has worked with US Rehabilitation & Health Services since November 2022.

His prior professional experience includes rehabilitation and academic roles in Michigan, Toronto, London and India.

Raj is committed to evidence-based practice and has contributed to international research publications addressing conditions involving the spine, TMJ, shoulder and elbow.

He earned his Master of Physical Therapy from The Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University.

Fabiha Nishat, OTR/L, is an occupational therapist with extensive experience treating clients of all ages in outpatient rehabilitation settings.

She takes a holistic, evidence-based approach that considers physical, cognitive and functional needs in supporting meaningful recovery.

Fabiha is passionate about helping individuals regain independence and believes strongly in occupational therapy's role in restoring function after illness, injury or surgery.

She is committed to empowering each client to reach the highest possible level of daily performance and quality of life.

Brittney is an Occupational Therapist and proud graduate of Wayne State University, with a passion for helping others thrive in the activities that matter most to them.

She is dedicated to supporting clients as they work toward greater independence and well-being.

Outside of work, Brittney enjoys spending quality time with her family and two cats.

Nathan McClain is a dedicated and hardworking Physical Therapist Assistant known for delivering high-quality patient care and fostering strong therapeutic relationships.

With extensive experience in outpatient and rehabilitation settings, he supports patients through effective treatment plans and tailored interventions designed to improve function, mobility and overall well-being.

In addition to his hands-on clinical work, Nathan serves in key managerial and administrative roles. He oversees daily operations and coordinates scheduling to help ensure smooth patient flow.

Nathan also contributes to clinic growth through community outreach and marketing efforts.

He is skilled in conducting evaluations for Functional Capacity Exams (FCEs), providing detailed and accurate assessments that help guide patient outcomes and return-to-work decisions.
